Travel and Housing

In order to control costs and provide accurate housing availability, please note you must first complete your PDI Registration prior to making housing reservations. Once you register for the PDI, you will receive a confirmation email. Included in this email will be a link to make hotel reservations. If you have questions that are not answered on this page or in your confirmation email, please contact pdihousing@rhq.com .

PDI 2018 will take place at the Colorado Convention Center.

The Convention Center is located downtown Denver at 700 14th Street. The closest major intersection is Colfax Avenue and Speer Boulevard. The most common entrances are located off of 14th Street between Stout and California Street.

Hotel Accommodations

ASMC has secured rooms at various hotels within walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center. Once you register for the PDI, a housing link will be provided in your confirmation to make your hotel reservations.

Transportation

Option 1

Denver International Airport is the main airport in the Denver area. The airport shuttle company is “Aspen Snowmass Express LLC”. Aspen Snowmass Express LLC is offering a special discounted rate for airport transportation to your hotel and back to the airport. You may book your reservation by following one of the two links below, and then following the instructions:

Instructions: Once your reservation has been made, you will receive a separate confirmation email from Aspen Snowmass Express, indicating where to meet their vehicle. All reserved attendees will be required to provide a printed copy of your reservation to the driver.
IMPORTANT: When you make a shuttle reservation online through Aspen Snowmass Express, your payment will be processed immediately.

Option 2

Another option is to take the A-Line, Denver’s airport rail. The A-Line has six stops along the way and takes approximately 37 minutes for only $9.00 each way. The A-Line will take you from the airport to Denver Union Station. From Union Station, travelers can access additional local and regional transportation services, such as light rail, taxis, and the free 16th Street Mall shuttle (MallRide) and free downtown MetroRide buses that provides access to most downtown hotels. Parking and Directions

The Colorado Convention Center provides access to a 1,000 space onsite covered parking garage. The garage provides access to the Colorado Convention Center and the Denver Performing Arts Complex (DPAC). The garage is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ALL visitors and guests attending ANY event or business in the downtown area. Please arrive early and remember to use our quick and easy automated pay stations. Per Diem Information

A block of rooms have been set aside at multiple hotels at a rate of $180.00 per night. All are within comfortable walking distance to the Colorado Convention Center. Meals included in the registration fee are breakfast (Wednesday-Friday), lunch (Wednesday-Friday) and dinner (Wednesday).
