It’s that time of year! A new ASMC Executive Board will be selected in the coming months. Please consider running for an office or nominating someone else to fill one of our Executive Board positions. The following positions are available for the next term:
- President – Elect
- Vice President – Programs
- Vice President – Participation
- Treasurer
- Secretary

There are many great opportunities to build and enhance your leadership skills within the ASMC organization. We encourage you to talk with someone who has held an officer, chair, or co-chair position. Ask them how it has helped them grow professionally and about the relationships they have made. Did you know there is also information on our chapter’s website under “Membership” that describes the roles and responsibilities for an officer along with the time commitment? We encourage you to check that out too!
In addition to the role of President-Elect, Vice President of Programs, Vice President of Participation, Treasurer, and Secretary, there are also a variety of committees where you can develop your leadership skills by becoming a chair or co-chair of a committee.
You are encouraged to actively participate in your ASMC Buckeye Chapter as an Executive Board member or as an equally important Committee Chair or co-chair position.
Help keep the spirit of the Buckeye Chapter strong and healthy! Please nominate yourself or another ASMC member for these critical leadership roles.
