    Good morning,

    I sent payment for CDFM Exam module 1 back on 16 April, but have yet to hear back for testing dates? Is this normal or am I missing something? I just wanted to make sure as I am studying in preparation for it.

    I confirmed that I am enrolled into the CDFM program.  I did send a message to customer support yesterday and awaiting response as I did confirm my payment was made on 22 April.

    Thank you for notifying ASMC that you haven't received an email from our testing administrator regarding the next steps. I've consulted with our provider, and your information is indeed in their system. It's possible that the email was blocked, especially with .mil email addresses. I'll send you a separate email promptly with the necessary information for scheduling your exam appointment.
