There is a reason why every merchant has to accept US currency. If you say you accept 20 dollars and won't take 50 dollars it is illegal. Because if I pay you for an item you have to sell it to me. Now if you don't it's like saying we only serve white people. The cruelest thing to do is make someone worry about the safety of their food. Now when you place an order through uber apps the merchant should not know your name, and this why because they can not give you what your, order cancel your order, and so on forth. And most importantly the uber driver should not have your phone number. They should contact you through the app. Now I called the restaurant and asked does uber tell you my name and he said yes. Then I explained to him why didn't give me a french fries and only 1 shake. They can't refund your money because you pay uber. tHEN YOU TELL UBER THERE IS A PROBLEM AND THEY WANT A PICTURE AND HOW CAN YOU GIVE A PICTURE OF SOMETHING YOU WERE NEVER GIVEN. And when you call for help it is someone in the Philippines. AND on top of it how did I spend 70 dollars at chickfila. They I pay 9.99 so I don't have to pay fees and they still charge me. So I reorder the fries and asked if he would give my niece and nephew ice cream and he said yes. Hed had my food already sealed so the driver can't verify what I ordered and he put my first name and middle initial on the bag and rang it up as a miscellaneous person. And the worse thing is they don't ring your doorbell and leave your food on the floor outside. You even give them instructions to meet you at the door and they will put your food on the floor and wait outside in their car. And the worse problem I have is my alarm company because my alarm is going off and no police show up. Now either the alarm company is notifying the police o they're just not coming. So when calling the police and telling them I will pay you to just watch someone come to my house and see if they ring my doorbell so I feel safe they won't do it. Then I said well how do we solve the problem with me being to buy food and receive what I get. He said don't use the app cook at home. So I can pay for service but they won't serve but they will take my money anyway. Then how can I live in a country where I cant get the food I order. He said it would be a good idea for you to leave the country. How can I live in a country where the people I pay to protect want me to leave. And at the end of the day is charging money

As much as I want to serve my country. As much as I want to have the honor to serve my country I cant. Because I cant order food I can't have an alarm system that works and the police have told me it's a good idea for me to leave. And I renew my passport to leave because the agency is booked and asked till when and they said we don't know. So in order to pay to renew my passport, This is my life. This is how you terrorize a human being. Don't let them eat and don't let them feel safe, and the people that you pay tell you its good idea for you to leave the country.

Samad, I am so sorry you are experiencing this in America.  There are people here who love you, who respect the work that you do, and who you are. I don't know what I can do to make things better for you, but I can show kindness to everyone around me and hopefully when we all do that it will make our country an even better place for everyone.  You and your family are in my heart.

Sarmad Azhar, I am so sorry that this was your experience. My family and I have experienced similar frustrations over the years. But it has been the genuine friendships that have made serving worthwhile. I hope you can look past the frustrations and cultivate the relationships that matter.--Dennis Bradford
