I think a Red Flag, is when information is not consistent, for example, an organization has a vendor listed in their General Ledger Account with an invoice number that is not consistent with invoices numbers of the same vendor, as well as, the receiving document stating the product was purchased by another vendor.In addition, when a product has been received and is invoice weeks after.------------------------------
