In the “Status Reports: How to Give your Boss the Best Update Ever” webinar, you will meet EFAR (Enemy, Friendly, Administrative needs, and Request), the time-tested-and-true recipe for composing status reports. EFAR is based on the military Situation Report (SITREP) and will work wonders in helping you keep your reports on point, give necessary and relevant information to the right people, and get the right results. During the Status Reports webinar, EFAR will be explained, unpacked, and practiced. After the webinar, attendees will look for opportunities to exercise this powerful tool via any communication channel: spoken, written, or electronic.
Peter Tyson is a trained US Navy helicopter engineering test pilot, test pilot instructor, and Acquisition Professional. After 21 years on active duty, Peter now provides workforce training and development, primarily for the 8 NAVAIR sites across the US, but also for other government agencies and industry partners. Peter provides training on an array of professional subjects, including program management, logistics & sustainment, and test & evaluation with in-person and virtual formats. He also teaches public speaking, professional writing, critical thinking, and risk management skills to individuals and teams. Finally, Peter spends much of his time supporting and helping subject matter experts learn to train and share with others.
