Polaris’ Summer Concert Series

August brings us the Dog Days of Summer and a lot of folks are at the point where they just need to get out of their telework rut and see people again.  If this sounds like you, please consider volunteering for the Epilepsy Alliance of Ohio beverage booth at the Polaris Summer Concert Series on Thursdays, August 13th and/or 20th.  Volunteers hand out (pre-paid) adult beverages or bottles of water.  This is a huge fundraiser for this organization,  the event is outside but volunteers will be under a canopy.  Volunteers will wear a mask and social distancing measures will be in place.

The event will be held in the Valet Parking lot near the Main Entrance and the Flag Poles (near Brios).  Report to Mark Findley (cell) 513-417-9227.

Arrive at 6 PM.  The event ends at 9:15 PM (weather permitting).  Additional ADULT family members are always welcome to assist.

Guests have been requested to reserve free tickets to ensure social distancing.  The event is family-friendly and like going to the drive-in!  If you’d like more information go to the PolarisFashionPlace website and look under Events.

Volunteer and enjoy some good music!

August 13th:  The Reaganomics
August 20th:  The Moonbats

Please reach out to Sandy Auer (sandra.a.auer.civ@mail.mil) if you are interested in volunteering.  And, as always, let her know if you’ve volunteered so we can keep track of the hours for the Buckeye Chapter.
