Oh goodness, another single answer prompt when there are many
favorite things about being CDFM or CDFM-A certified....
Well, if I have to pick just one favorite thing it would be the fact it gives me, a self-proclaimed "education advocate" (aka nerd), great reason(s) to keep learning since certification comes with a requirement to maintain my continuous learning credit/hours/points. That said, I liked opting for a variety of ways to maintain the certification like writing, taking courses, attending conferences (PDI, *wink wink*), on-the-job-training, webinars, and more.
