I really enjoy the intellectual courses offered by the ASMC, and the content is applicable to the subject matter to ensure the integrity of budget reports for approval by congressional boards. However, the integrity of our security of the Auditor is jeopardized when the ethical behavior of military uses physical and psychological "warfare" on the personnel trying to uphold this country's CONUS and OCONUS activities. Perhaps we need to add a program (line) for approval for the auditor or those who conduct the Annual/Monthly Assurance Statements i.e., medical, legal and police protection when it regards in theater programs. We are not trained to protect ourselves in this regard and I believe my selection to serve my country in the capacity as military civilian rather than a military officer is one of my excellence provided to OUR UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - I do deserve the utmost respect when conducting such mission assignments.
Hope to consider this issue in the next training for integrity. Unbiased reports are required for integrity, justifications are always written in a manner to be considered for discussion, regardless of the issues or situation of the program.
