Leadership is critical to our daily lives! For successful leadership in all aspects of life, the structure you need is Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence (ICE). You will learn about the intentional and proactive use of ICE, and its potential to make a lasting impact for you and others in achieving day-to-day goals and in obtaining the long-term objectives of your organization. The ICE webinar will help you make a difference in your leadership role within groups large and small, and demonstrate how you can do it by remembering and applying a simple word – ICE!
About the Instructor: John Albers is a former US Marine Corps fixed-wing test pilot, flight instructor, program manager, and squadron commander. Additionally, he served as the Marine Aide to the Honorable Sean Stackley, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development, and Acquisition, where he experienced leadership at the highest levels in the Pentagon. Using the foundational leadership principles that he learned during his Marine Corps career, John discusses the principles of Integrity, Commitment, and Excellence. In the ICE webinar, he will explain their impact during his time on active duty and today in leading his company.
