Motivation is defined as: "The process that initiates, guides, and maintains goal-oriented behaviors; frequently used to describe why a person does something. It is the driving force behind human actions" (
Know more. Live brighter.). I know one of the things I've struggled with during the pandemic, and I'm sure many others have struggled with as well, is how I can stay motivated to deliver results. I think there's a greater feeling of being overwhelmed that is permeating society, especially with the creation of the 24-hour news cycle. This can lead to mental strain and feelings of hopelessness.
