    Offer in-person EDFMT courses again. It's always been a challenge to participate in online training. The team or mission doesn't always apply the 'seen but not heard principle'.

    Hello ASMC staff!
    Since I've already got the CDFM-A certification, I'll think back to when I didn't for this response. That said, I do like incentives so entry to random drawings, reimbursement grants or scholarships for the study materials and books, and other routine opportunities to share in my success on the journey would be helpful to keep the effort to being fully certified going strong!
    Large and small incentives of tangible and intangible nature are welcome: shout-outs in newsletters and magazines, encouraging emails of kudos and congrats, free luncheons, discount periods for study materials and sessions, drawings for goods (apparel, supplies, gift cards), virtual study groups with senior servicemembers, etc.
    The earlier mention of in person EDFMT courses is also true - both the longer and shorter version.

    I would definitely appreciate virtual training classes, study tips, practice exams and explanations when an answer is incorrect.

    Study sessions will be helpful, engagement from tutors and professors for the subject matter.

    Please offer resources as well to gain the full understanding of the material and not just pass the CDFM Exam.

    Also, add "refreshers" - it is always good to reinforce the materials periodically even after passing the exam.

    We always appreciate skills/knowledge to increase our acumen and polish our professional assets.

    The knowledge required for the CDFM Exam and CDFM-A can be overwhelming. Having incentives such as helping to understand concepts (coaching, prep exams, sandbox to review topics to keep your skills sharp) are invaluable. Receiving things such as swag (ASMC  and the various services & agencies T-Shits, bags, mugs, service coins, gift cards, etc. Also please include sessions/interviews of individuals who have earned their certification sharing what helped them (tips understand topics, how they balanced work life situations when undertaking such as significant  l task. Describe how the new accomplish helped them escalate in their career. Also have the senior managers Department Heads, Directors, Deputy Directors, etc share what what how they perform their duties, what skills both technical and soft skills help them become successful, how this certification assistance them better perform duties, provide opportunities for advancement, and how the certification help in the current mission aligned environment. Have a mentoring moment in the platforms where leadership and talent management are able to provide insights  for the most important skills sets needed, experience needed and how to get that experience for the a higher position. Shadowing leaders  often revealed  important topics and emphasize  certain traits that may not have been viewed as a prominent. They could illustrate how they may have to address "sensitive issues" with grace and efficiency.
