    Hi everyone,

I am studying for the CDFM exam and would like to know where I can compare my answers online?  Are there practice exams anywhere?

    Any insight would be helpful.

    Thanks,
    Shaun Witriol

    Hi Shaun,

Recently passed the exam and curious as to free online exams.

So, use cdfm module 1,2,and 3 quizlets and test yourself.

Additionally, quizlet allows you  (under the test tab) to pick out MPC as an option to test.

Good luck to you ! Regards, Stephen Wills

    Good morning Shaun,

I don't want to sound pessimistic, but out of ALL modules' questions, and I mean ALL, I had only 4 referring the book. The rest were from GAO, red book, etc. I admit, the exams were a tough one for me. I was totally surprised I passed all on my first attempt.

    Best regards,

    Elena

    Hi all,

What book and online resource did you use for Module 2?

    Thank you,

    Charity.

Hi, The Management Concepts CDFM course was NOT enough to help with the exams. I do not recommend that course until coursework, references, study materials will match to new exams.  The exam did not follow the course and ended up studying incorrect information.  It is unclear to me where I need to truly go to understand what needs to be studied in order to be a success.

Hi Kathryn. It's been a few years since I took the exam. I took it in 2011, so it has changed since I took it. But for me, taking the CDFM course and then really studying the CDFM manuals prepared me for the exam. Not all of the questions followed the book, but the training helped. I passed all modules the first time through, although I was a little nervous each time I hit that submit button at the end of the exam. I would recommend getting in the course if you can, take real good notes and then just take some time to study.

One other strategy I used...a lot of folks just jump in and take all three modules after they complete the training. I didn't feel confident in doing that. I completed the training, took the first module immediately. Then I took about a month to study for the second module and then took the exam and did the same for module 3. I hope this helps steer you in the right direction and best of luck on achieving your CDFM certification.

    Hello Stephen -

I am attempting to self-study, and I am curious if you know which quizlet you used? Could you copy the link? Thank you in advance!
